Terms governing use of the public Gurachi.com site and its pre-launch VNE access features.
Ownership
Gurachi Phoenix owns the original editorial, research, visual, and related intellectual property presented on Gurachi.com, except where otherwise credited. Gurachi.com is published and operated by Origatari Inc., a United States corporation.
Public reading
Public materials are made available for personal reading, study, commentary, and ordinary reference. Brief quotation with appropriate attribution may be made where permitted by applicable law.
Access to the site does not grant a licence to reproduce, republish, redistribute, adapt, commercialize, institutionalize, sublicense, scrape at scale, ingest into datasets, or use the material for model training or other systematic computational extraction without prior written permission.
VNE research and protected access
Public previews are demonstrations of VNE research and practice. Protected Field Notes, subscriber materials, institutional use, strategic access, advisory work, and commercial applications may be subject to separate access, subscription, or licence terms. Registering interest does not create a subscription, payment obligation, licence, or entitlement to future access.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security, attempt to bypass protected access, misuse invitation credentials, impersonate another person, or use automated means to extract substantial portions of the site or protected research.
Information and availability
Gurachi.com presents research, essays, field observations, creative work, and professional information. Materials may evolve as the work develops. The site is provided on an as-available basis, and access to particular pages or services may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn.
Third-party services
Some site functions rely on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase and Cloudflare. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Links or references to third-party material do not imply ownership of that material by Gurachi Phoenix or Origatari Inc.
